I am facing the APN problem when using one x workplace on IP office.

I enable the APN setting on IPO, also create the avaya cloud, and using tls to login one x portal.
However, it still fail to have a notification on IOS device.

Any advise, thanks a lot[thumbsup2][thumbsup2]

I think the only difference between us then I that I am using iPhone 8 with software version 15.7

Can you try toggling off Avaya Push Notification service, save, then Toggle back on the service and save.
Someone in another forum said that worked for them.

CRAP!!
Mine just stopped working.

I did the toggle on and off thing that was suggested in the other forum, and now I am in the same boat as you.

Lesson leaned.. if it ain't broke, don't fix it..

Oh well.. Let me see if I can fix it.. If I can, I will post the instruction here.

I guess I am out of commission for a while. My Lab system just died, when I attempted to reboot it.
When it rains it pours.

Too tired to fix now. Will rebuild on the weekend.

@Travis That's windows 95 fault :) hahahahaha

Well, we are interested in this.
Yesterday I configured the APN with the zang keys with SBCE and IPO.
When I have the phone with a black screen, the call comes in after 50 seconds, at which point A who executes the call in IPO gets the voice mailbox for exceeding 20 seconds of waiting.
In avaya cloud the completed json does not appear but on the monitor I see that a line says zang sync done, then I already have the typical 400 Bad Request as it happens to people, but that happens to me after 50 seconds the call signals me.
To this day I am still trying this and if I have any news I will let you know.

Alrighty then!
My found some time to rebuild my lab.

It's clean build... as I did not restore from any backups.

APN Does not work for me now, and I can not even get Avaya Push Notification Solution app to receive the configuration from IP Office anymore.

Not sure what is up with that...

Furthermore, I found this...

It seems to state that in order to get APN working again, you need to downgrade your Workplace App to 3.26.1 until apple fixes something...

Not sure how to downgrade an IOS app when not using mobile device management however..

I am trying to by pass all server.
Just using IPO 500V2 and IXworkplace.

It is ok to login IXworkplace when I using IPO default cert.
However, it told me cannot get a WebRoot.pem when I using public cert.

I also try to edit 46xx SET TRUSTCERTS myCA.crt
It still not work.

I have a Cert.crt and CA.cet from public cert company like godaddy.

How to create my own WebRootCA.pem?

Is work now, I can use IXworkplace with my public cert.
However, it still cannot generate JSON argument.

My IPO SIP domain is: onex.mycompany.com.hk
My IPO Cert Issued To: onex.mycompany.com.hk
My Avaya Cloud Domain: mycompany.com.hk
Added Avaya Spaces API Key and Secret

I also add the following cert to my IPO: Entrust Certification Authority - L1M

Is it correct? Any miss?

As mentioned I had to completely rebuild my lab.. from scratch.
When I completed the build, APN no longer worked for me, just as it did not work for many of you in this thread.
This really confused me because I had it working solid for a year or two.

I saw Derfloh's post "It works with the latest Workplace.

You need to load another CA certificate or switch to accounts.zang.io"

and I read the PSN..

I simple did what it said.. Open accounts.avayacloud.com in my web browser, exported the car file, and imported into IP Office using the sercuity settings in WebManager.

BINGO!!

It'a all working again.

Pink for you @Derfloh

@derfloh I have submitted a pink start twice now. Must be stuck in the pink star queue.

I already can use public cert to login IX workplace.

However, I find this error in monitor when I enable apn in IPO.

11:45:01 1155927mS HTTP: PushNotificationAuthorizationHandler::APNP is not allowed, reset Zang Sync
11:45:01 1155927mS HTTP: PushNotificationAuthorizationHandler::APNP is not allowed, delete Public/Private key pair.

Good news, the IX workplace push notification function is work on IPO 500v2 now.

However, when I want to use IX workplace include ASBCE, it fail to login.

My SBC is work before when using TCP connection.
However, is fail when I change it to use TLS.

I already import the same public cert to SBC, and change server connection to TLS, but it is fail to register to IX workplace through SBC
