Hi ...

what License should be Installed on IP Office to Integrate it with Microsoft Lync Server ?
Just a SIP Trunk or I need another Licence ?
If I have A Microsoft Outlook and In the Directory I have a Contact and want to Dial through IP Office, is the Integration to the lync server accomplish it ? or i need another solution to do it.

Frank,

If you want integration then you will need One-X Portal and only dialing then connect with a SIP trunk.

Dear intrigrant / tlpeter :

Thanks for your Supports.
The client need to generate a call from pre listed name in the outlook, So How we are going to integrate with IP office and outlook.
Can you explains how to do this ?

Many Thanks.

For Outlook contacts dialling use the free 3th party TAPI driver, install TAPI on the user PC, configure it for his extesion and select the TAPI line in Outlook.

Anyone ever set this up for Lync hosted ?
