Avaya IP Office and H.323 Trunk

Hi All ..

I have Configured an H.323 IP Trunk from IP Office to ISTP, when I Call through this line, the caller ID of this line appears as digits like 04101, is there a configuration in the Manager to program any unknown number to appear when I call from this line beacause the service provider give me an outgoing line not incoming .

What do you want, change the send number from IP Office?
You need to give the line a unique Outgoing line ID and add a shortcode somewhat like this (example!):
SC = 8N; (= to dial by the user )
TN = NW or Ns1234 (= to send to the line, W = No CLI send, sCLI to send )
Line ID = the above setup outgoing line ID
Action = Dial

This works on ISDN lines and to my believe it will work on H.323 lines as well but only if SCN is disabled.

Yes I need to Send a number from IP Office when I Calling from this IP Trunk like for example (5503224)
sorry but i dont understand this :

TN = NW or Ns1234 (= to send to the line, W = No CLI send, sCLI to send )

can you help me to understand, and am use ARS to dial not SC.

In ARS you also use the same shortcodes!

System shortcode:

SC = 8N
TN = .
Action = dial
Line ID = 50:Main

In ARS Main
SC = 8N;
TN = NW or Ns<CLI to send>
LineId = outgoing line ID of the H.323 trunk

I do it, but now the number apppear when i call drom it to my mobile is Unavailable.

in the ARS this is my configuration

code : 077xxxxxxx
TN : 9077N
Feature : Dial
LineID : 17

when I change the TN to number as you suggest i cant dial
i configure a new SC like this

SC : 9077N
feature : Dial
TN : Ns5503224
line ID : 17

is this correct , if not please tell me again how to config its important for me to finish this and to send this number through this line ,,
