Avaya IP Office 9.0 SIP Trunks have "External" Instead of Caller ID Name and Number 1

I found an old thread that did not have a resolution and I am having the same issue. I upgraded a customer who already had SIP Trunks to 9.0 from 8.0 and now when a call comes in it has external in front of the Caller ID info. I know that they are getting the CID info because it shows up in the call log. I check the System>Telephony tab for the differentiate external call and it in not ticked. These are 1416 phones, so the screen it not that large to show enough information after the "external" tag. Anyone found a resolution to this problem? Thanks!
 
I was able to resolve it. In the SIP Line tick caller ID from From header. The 8.0 IPO did not have this option and apparently with this provider it needs to be ticked on 9.0. Thanks for playing!!
