Hello!
I have a Avaya IP Office 500 with the Voice Mail Expansion card. My Avaya has 2 VOIP module and 1 analog module (last one is empty).
What I want to do:
[ul]
[li]Migrate my phone number to a SIP one[/li]
[li]I want to make and receive externals VOIP calls (4 conversation at same time)[/li]
[/ul]
What do I need?
[ul]
[li]I saw there are "licences". I saw that I need one licence for "every channel", so[/li]
[li]What's a channel? I saw that a conversation needs one - and exactly one - channel, so[/li]
[li]I suppose that I should buy 4 licences.[/li]
[li]Then, I saw there are something called VCM channels. Are the same channels commented before? Do I need to buy something more than a licence?[/li]
[/ul]
As you can see, I'm really lost with this topic. I appreciate any help you can give me.
Thank-you very much.
