Has anyone had phantom ringing issues when connecting a new bell service (ONT) optical network terminal
(converts bell fibre to analog trunks at the customers end. Is there a patch ? Bell said it is an issue
the avaya system. Should we just get the lines changed. Not sure any ideas.
