Has anyone had phantom ringing issues when connecting a new bell service (ONT) optical network terminal
(converts bell fibre to analog trunks at the customers end. Is there a patch ? Bell said it is an issue
the avaya system. Should we just get the lines changed. Not sure any ideas.

I saw it mentioned on the 8.1.73 thread that this was one of the issues that was remedied (albeit not mentioned in the documentation).

have you tried the Impedance balance under lines/analogue options?

acss sme acis sme acss cm 5.2.1 acss cm and cmm acss aura messaging.
