hairlesssupportmonkey, Do you have an idea where I can download the .bin files for an older IP Office 500 V2 that I want to get up and running. Basically, What I have is an IP Office 500 V2 with no firmware installed, it has been defaulted. What I need is Manager with the 6.0 .bin files and Manager with 8.1 files so I can use 9.1 Version. I have a new MU-Law card with 9.1 software but the IP Office 500 V2 needs the older files first so it can boot. No, I can't access the Avaya SSO to download anything. I am trying this to see if it would even work for me and what I want to do with it. Any help would be appreciated.

Why 6.0? Why 8.1?
You need only 9.0.3 or higher for a first install to upgrade the bootloader and then install 9.1.x
