Hi, everyone

May I know have anybody encounter? While speaking to client via the IP phone and experience echo sound... Meaning you hear your own voice. While speaking to the client.
Anybody have resolved it... Hope you guys can share the information. Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

Have you checked that the issue doesn't lie line side away from the IPO?

If for example the customer uses ISDN 2 BRI lines it may be worth checking directly from the ISDN 2 using an ISDN 2 test phone to see if the issue can be replicated (in the past i have had issues with IP phones dialling out over PSTN lines )

Does the issue occur on all of your extensions or can it be pinned down to a single or a couple of extensions?

Do they have non IP extensions on site and are these extensions having the same problem.

what type of phones, some have the option to turn of the gain control in options/settings
