Good Day All,
We are receiving an Avaya IP office 406 phone system. The system is currently setup with a PRI.
We are a non profit agency and don't need that much use. We are currently using Charter Communications phone service. We have 4 lines. 3 are used for the phones and one for a fax line. We checked into SIP trunking, but unfortunately its not available in our area yet, so we are stuck with the analog lines.
How are we able to use this existing analog service with this phone system? I've seen Analog ATM cards, however, it uses an RJ45 connector which we dont have.
Is there another card to purchase that would let us run regular phone lines from our phone modem to the phone system, or does the built in analog ports handle this already on the phone system. From what i read, those ports were used for fax, postage, etc
Thank you all
