Avaya IP DECT issue - no dial tone after unsubcribed itself.

Hi there,

Strange issue going on at a site.

Avaya IPO 500 V2 on 8.1 (63)
IP DECT on 5.0.11
3720 handsets.

started 2 days ago. some of the DECT phones have unsubscribed themselves. When I subscribe them back to the master Base, they register, but have no dial tone.

I can point a DDI at the extns, ring the number and see on SSA that they are calling, but nothing comes through the DECT handsets. re-registering does nothing. Been absolutely fine until 2 days ago.

Has anyone had this issue before? Customer is losing their mind. Please help.

Sounds like a provisioning issue to me.
Upgrade your dect system is my first clue.
