AVAYA IP 500 CLI Issue

AVAYA IP 500 Virsion 10.0

System Configured With 50 Extensions with PRI

From any Extensions outcall going through Pilot Number

Incomming call lads properrly with DID

Example-

If i Call from outside to extension 650 using 0231 7132680 it land on 650 extentsion

but if i call from 650 extension end user reciving 0231 7132660 (660 Is pilot Number)

please suggest

Configure ARS telephone number to send as NS02317132E

S means send this outgoing caller ID

The numbers after the S are the telephone number

The E sends the extension number, so I removed the last 3 digits from the telephone number to send and added the E

Unfortunately using NS02317132E would send out 0231 7132650 - so not the correct DDI.

You would need a new ARS that doesn't force the main number as CLI or if you don't have that being forced it might be the network is only allow the 660 number to be displayed.

The Short Code Worked Properlly and Send correct DID Number

Now System B having same Problem, System A Having PRI and System B Uses this PRI For Outgoing

I Have Set same shortcode in system B using System A line Group ID

But call Goes with Pilot number only

please suggest shoortcode for System B

System B Incomming Working Properlly but Outgoing Goes With Pilot Number

System C Incomming Working Properlly but Outgoing Goes With Pilot Number


How Do I force for DID from System B and C
