AVAYA IP 406 issues

Hello Friends,

I have an AVAYA IP 406, sometime back, whenever i try to dial outside, i found echo sound and cracking sound, and when i dial to any tollfree, i cannot dial press 1 or press 2 option from my avaya.

I tried to restart the PBX, check the licence, checked the line preference, I would like to if any can help can assist would be grateful.
