Avaya IP 1608 1

Hi,
I have an Avaya 1608 phone that i cannot configure. I think it has some IP details which are incorrect however when i press * to program it asks me Enter PROCPSWD. I have tried 9999 but the phone reboots. I have also tried to reset the phone using mute 73738# but it will not reset the values.

That password is just blank, so just press #

Not happy with Avaya ATM....

I tried with no password and that didn't work. I eventually managed to get in by typing craft into the phone.
