have ACS proc R3.0
i am unable to get intercom Dial tone
I tryed to set system to default but it did not help
does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on what i could do to fix this

Unable to get intercom dial tone on what? On a multiline set, pressing one of the 2 Intercom buttons? Are you sure you defaulted it?

i got it to work but now i cannot access voice mail
tried dialing intercom 777 but getting busy tone

Default the system again, then assign only the voice mail port extension number to hunt group 7

Which voice mail system is installed? If it has a hard drive and the reset/reprogram has no effect, then the hard drive might be bad.
