Has anyone used the Integrated Management Tools? I have read several avaya documents on it but wanted to hear some REAL stories about it.

Hi,
I use the 'integrated' ASA, but in terminal emulation mode ... not in GEDI.
In my opinion its quite handy 'cause you do not have to deal with terminal emulation problems regarding the function keys.

GEDI comes in handy though when you need to schedule tasks...

BIS is right, again :) GEDI is great for all sorts of tools, Templates, Schedules, Printing to PDF or Hard Printers.

How do you use ASA through Integrated Management? I have been trying to get a system up for this purpose, but it doesn't want to do anything unless you have ASA installed locally anyway... seems pointless to have AIM as it is.

I guess I'm missing something. Would appreciate any help.
