IP Office Overview – 30
IP 500v2 Hardware – 45
Linux Hardware, Software and Builds – 60
IP Office Handsets - 15
Build Demo System – 120
System Configuration – 90
There will be a brief iConnect refresher in terms of what the program objectives are, the opportunity and benefits for both Channel Partners and Avaya.
You will receive an IP Office overview, IP500v2 with Linux hardware and software. This is both beneficial to those new to the product and an update for those who have worked on IP Office prior to R9.0. Please be aware that some of the content may include elements of IP Office you may be familiar with but the key is the relevance to R9.0.
In the afternoon you will be setting up your new demo bundle from scratch so this will be all hands on with PowerPoint used as a Guide.

System Configuration – 75
System Configuration – 75

Voicemail Pro– 90
You will continue to focus on configuration of the system again with hands on and PowerPoint guides for reference.
In the afternoon you will cover Voicemail which is a big element on IP Office. This will be done through Power Point to cover the subject and then hands on to practice what you have just learnt on your new demo kit.

One-x Portal – 90
One-x Portal – 90
Call Centre Solutions - 90
We will complete the configuration of voicemail and then move onto One-X portal covering the UC elements on IP Office. This will also be a mixture of lecture and hands on exercises covering WEB, Outlook, Flare and Mobiles.
In the afternoon we will cover call centre functionality.

Scopia Configuration – 180
SBC Configuration – 180
In the morning we will cover the Scopia solution and basic configuration through mixture of lecture and hands exercises.
In the afternoon we will end with presentations with Session Border Controller functionality and instructions on how to install and configure this product.

Networking Configuration – 90
AIPS Example Questions – 60
AIPS EXAM – 120
Day Five
You will spend 2hrs on Networking ensuring you know how to set up the LAN switches correctly.
Before lunch we will cover example AIPS questions and directly after lunch you will sit the AIPS exam.
