Avaya I2050 Notification bar Caller ID for ACD calls

Hello,

I'm wondering if anyone knows why the caller ID will not display for ACD calls on the pop notification bar but it displays
for all DN calls. The actual phone screen displays caller ID for both but only DN calls on the pop up.

Is this in a Contact Centre as in the display would be configured in CCMA?

Im sorry, yes.
Avaya AACS 6.0/ cs1000 Rls 7.5
The phone display shows the caller id IE: CDN/skillset name but the pop up notifier always says "no name" on ACD calls.
When I call her DN the pop up notifier shows my name and extension.
On outside calls to the DN two lines of diplay show the calling number on the pop up notifier.
