Dear All,

Pls advice me on this

We have Avaya S8720 4.0 & Cisco Call Manager 5.0 we did the integration Using H323 Trunks between the systems
when we call from cisco to Avaya we can see the Name & Extnention number but when we call from Avaya to cisco we only see the Name not the user extention number

we checked in the trunk group sending name & nmuber is set to yes,

Is there any other parameter to enable for this

Pls advice

I am sorry I do not have the answer to your question. but rather a quick question of my own for you.

Could you check under "display System-par special" and see if you have the SA8507 option set to yes in your system? i am trying to troubleshoot a problem and think this might be the route of it.

Did you set codeset to send display = 0

in change trunk....

Thaks for all for the inputs,

(SA8507) - H245 Support With Other Vendors? n this is set "n" at this moment

codeset to send display = 0 thsi is also set to 0

is there any other parameter to look at it
