There’s unregistering and then there’s rebooting - is the endpoint actually going thru the entire dhcp - loading - discovering or are they simplify unregistering? I’ve seen this with expired certificates (if running TLS)
1. Check speed duplex of phone and make sure it matches the settings in the switchport
2. Check your licenses - do you have enough to support the number of endpoints
3. I assume they’re registering to PROCR? If registering to CLANS make sure you don’t have a bad clan board.
4. Are the phones that are unregistering in a certain area or all over? Can you tie the location or area back to single switch gear on the network?
5. Make sure your CMs are shadowing - (duplication links up, etc)
That’s not a comprehensive list but there are some things I’ve seen
