Recently switched to ISDN. Microcall is picking up the entire dialed number on outgoing calls but cuts off the last 3 digits of the incoming ANI. What am I programming wrong??
Here is how my CDR is set up to work with Microcall and ISDN PRI. (Working on a Definity R6) I'm recording ten digits in and out in Microcall.

We recently have installed a G700 S8300 CM 3.1. We cannot get the CDR link to stay up. It goes up and down and during these periods we get some call records but are missing quit a few. We use VXtracker as our CDR application. I have verified 3 times all the settings and administration in both the VXtracker and the S8300 to be ight out of the manual. Any help will do?
