Avaya Flare not connecting to server

hi guys
i am trying to connect to Flare via my IPad4, the problem i am having is that its keeps telling me 'cannot reach server' i have checked and tripple checked my settings..... this is driving me insane.. I have just upgraded my Avaya IPO to Rel 8.1.65 just for this functionality..VERY FRUSTRATED!! PLEASE HELP..Could this be a port issue on the IPad??

What settings are you using? They put the server settings at the very end of the flare for iPad user manual (genius) and they say all you need to do is put the IPO ip address in for the server and the domain. This worked for me.
