Avaya Flare Exp Windows - SBC

I've manage one X mobile using one x portal , ip office and sbc

Now, i want to install flare experience for windows and have following error

1. i can't do video call using flare, i can hear the voice but no video
already enable video call in flare and enable video in sbc

2. the presence in flare is disable, it says unable to connect to one x portal server.
i have open tcp port 5060, 5222 8069, 5269 in firewall and empty the presence server in flare

any other idea ?

flare experience doesn't work when connecting from outside LAN
so i have to enable vpn , is it right ??

i can login using android using one-X Mobile Prefered for IPO from 3G
and also can login using Flare Exp from Internal LAN

In R9 it works from outside, but Flare uses different ports. 9443-9444 and 8063

well, i also have open 8063 and 8069.
and as i know, 9443 and 9444 , that port need to open if oxp is linux based
but i will give a try

i will update after i have configure this

andr211 do you have any documentation on setting up the SBC. i'm playing around with one in-house. I have SIP trunks working but still working on remote extensions/Apps
