AVAYA Flair directory question

Hello

I have a customer with an avaya flair with 3 sites in SCN trunking.
The user with the flair is logged on to site 1 but doesn't see the users across the scn network any idee how to see every user in the scn network? when you look up the users tru the phone directory you will find every user accros the scn

For what i have found the directory of te other sites wil apear if you set al sites in the one X portal
il do the test
