Avaya Expansion module does not work DS16A 1

I have a expansion module Avaya DIG ADPx16, but not work, stay flashing leds green and red.


Perform an upgrade from version 7.0 ( 36 ) to 9.1 and does not work

I connect the console port to dte mark and the message is FPGA

Programing FPGA : Failed! ERROR = 0x03 , at bytes = 32768 of 801575

The expansion module needs to be powered up 1st then power up the ip office

External expansion module should be powered on first, for roughly a minute, and allowed to get to a blinking green state before powering on the control unit. If you followed this and you are still getting red lights this is something you can try (*disclaimer I am not responsible if you screw anything up...)

Open hyperterminal or other terminal program use 38400,8,N,1 with no flow control
Then reboot expansion unit and press the ESC button quickly several times, you should notice that the boot process stops short of what it usually does,
type AT should display OK
type AT-X should display OK
the expansion unit will reboot and ask IP Office for the binary file

so prior to the upgrade, was the expansion module working?

Reboot , enter the command at after at- x , the module began to upgrade and boot normally, and working properly
