Seems like my life has be revolving around Avaya Equinox as of late...
Our environment utilizes multiple voice applications within the infrastructure:
- Microsoft Teams and Skype for business for conference calls as well as point to point between colleagues.
- Avaya Equinox for our standard telephony back bone for Inbd/Outbd calling.
The issue:
Equinox audio volume sounds noticeably lower than 'Teams or Skype on the local laptop machines.
- I've toyed with the windows volume settings.
- I've switched around with various model types of hands-free headsets (Plantronics Brand)
I can't seem to get the audio for Equinox to measure up to what the other two are by default.
Would there be any potential explanation as to why the audio is still at a lower constant? And any suggestions on where to look to try and improve this?
