Hi all!

I don't suppose anyone would know if there's a "Display Capacity" style of command or a "List xxx" command in CM/ASM/Anywhere that would detail the number of existing Avaya Equinox licenses/total counts/ used/available?

Have you tried using SMGR and going in Session Manager -> System Status -> User Registrations then Customize the screen to include Device Type? Not sure if that will work for what you want but it would be a good place to start I would think.

Define Equinoxes and licenses :)

You could buy Aura Core licenses that include a presence and multimedia messaging and voicemail and station. And you would occupy or use 1 instance of that license by provisioning a user with a chat/presence/phone/voicemail profile whether that user ever logs in or not.

In SMGR/SM/System Status/User Registrations you can see registered users and you can create a customized view that can contain device type/model/version to get a count of people using 96x1SIP phones vs 96x0SIP vs Equinox and filter accordingly. Though, none of those would occupy a licensed 'thing' just by registering

@joe2938: Yes, I thought that would do the trick as well. Like it shows for Avaya OneX Communicator licenses, or EC500 licenses.

But unfortunately, it does not. I was just hoping there would be a new single entry command that would display users with an Equinox profile/ID/etc.. like 'list equinox...' Something like that..

Luckily, we have not deployed it out to too many users, so a small audit can be conducted, maybe I can determine a decent standard to ID Equinox users to make sure we keep track of who's got it for house cleaning purposes..

Thanks All! Much appreciated!
