Hello Guys,
i'm facing issue with audio conference feature on Avaya Equinox Client.
there is 2 scenarios, one is working and the other fail.
1- when i call an external number (mobile phone) from my equinox (mobile or desktop) client, and i want to add someone to create an audio conference, it's successfully created and we are on it.
2- when i call an internal number and add another internal number to a ctonference (all is good for now), and try to add another external number to that conference (mobile phone) , it fail and tell me this error ' cannot add someone to the call'.
here is the systems version that that i have : AVAYA AURA CORE 8.0 + AVAYA EQUINOX MANAGEMENT + MEDIA SERVER 9.4 + SBCE + SIP TRUNK
can anyone have an idea to resolve this issue ?
