Hi All

I'm trying to lookup info about using PhoneManager to pop external data to create an inbound scripting tool.

However, the info on what info is passed is mentioned in the PhoneManager manual and says "For more information, see the Applications Installation and Administration guide."

I've found a pdf which is called Applications Installation & Administration Manual and this says the same thing!!!!

Any ideas on what the info is and how you can use it? Preferably with a web based technology but anything will do.

Thanks in advance

Phonemanager is not the way to go.

Use TAPI - either on an extension basis or system wide.

I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.

Thanks muchly for the replies!

I think I've found the info tlPeter.

Matt - how would you extract the info from TAPI on a local machine? I'm not sure how to actually get into the TAPI information to use it in a URL look up?

There isn't a straight forward answer to this. You need to develop some code (in a programming language) to access the information collect by TAPI
