Our scenario is Avaya Ct 1.3 with siebel 7.7.
What I would need to know is if it's possible to customizethe the Avaya CT events that we send to Siebel or if are standard.(incomming call, onhold, transfer, etc)
The reason behindvis that Siebel is interpreting wrong some events (event handlers) and I want to have some directions in which could be the best way to handle those events from the Avaya side. If it's possible of course I'll appreciate some directions.
My problem is becasue I need to determine since I work in the Avaya side if it is customizable in our side on in the Siebel side the reason is because we are different teams.
