Avaya CS1K and IP Office SIP integration issue

Hello All,

Avaya CS1K release 7.5 system integrated with IP Office using SIP protocol. IP Office to CS1K calls working well, but CS1K to IP office calls not working. CS1K D channel traces the call disconnect cause "NTWK TEMP FAIL". Both sites using firewall Sonicwall. Networking engineer said CS1K to IP Office calls not reaching to CS1K location firewall. Troubleshooting IP Office system moved to CS1K location connect same LAN and same range IP addresses, both side calls are working well. Kindly help to resolve the NTWK TEMP FAIL or to find the reason for the call disconnection.

Please send the dch printout and also the cs1k in linked to IPOffice using NRS or Session manager
 
hi,
you must erase cdp.udp
Element Manager/Nodes/Gateway/SIP URI Map/CDP
 
Or go through ASM with their adaptation. But you only need to keep the cdp.udp if you have more than one CS1000 talking to each other.
