Avaya ContactStore for Communication Manager 7.7

Has anyone else experienced this:

have CSCM 7.7 in Conferenced Mode Recording ALL calls by extention number. Everything was fine when we were using Avaya IP Agent R6 using a PC with soundcard and headset.

We recently installed Avaya 4621 IP hardphones which daisey chain to the user's PC. Now, all Inbound and internal calls are being recorded but NONE of the outbound calls are. This was not an issue with Avaya IP agent. ANy ideas? 'cuz I am out of them.
 
Check the Class of Restriction on the softphones and make sure the calling party restriction is set to none. We have had issues in the passt with that.
