Just a question not sure its been answered already, where do I change the working hours in ACR, mine seems to be refreshing the wallboards earlier than I intend it to.
 
To change the working hours in Avaya Contact Reporter (ACR), you need to adjust the settings in the ACR configuration. Here’s how you can do it:
