Hello All,

A customer has Avaya Conatact Recorder via Avaya Application Server, we have been able to backup the recordings manually using "winscp".

We are not able to get documentation on how to back up and restore recordings on Avaya contact recorder.

As we tried copying the recordings back to the application server, gives a read/write error.

Please any advice on how to resolve this?

Thanks in advance.

You could move them to Media Manager. Then you will get save to file, save to NAS, save to dvd drive or save to Google drive. Yes, you can upload your recordings directly to your Google Drive!

I've always wanted to date girls who wear leather. So I married a cow.

Thanks.

We are trying to upgrade the Avaya application Server which means the old recordings will be gone.

How do we restore the recordings back into the application server after it has been copied?

Is there better access for replay of calls via Media Manager for a non-admin?

It seems you either need to have access to Web manager for good filtering options
or via selfadmin which is a rubbish recordings interface with limited search options.
self admin only looks designed for looking at you own recordings and no, say, you team?

Cheers

Dave
