Avaya Contact Center with TLS and sRTP

Hi everyone!

One of our customer insist on having all communication secured with TLS and SRTP. We have an IPO Server Select with dozens of remote IPO 500v2 gateways. So far, J179 phones as well as Equinox desktop apps are registering and are able to place/receive calls without issue, but I'm not able to configure the Xima Contact Center software to use TLS and SRTP, meaning that when a call is transfered to the call center, it just waits in the queue forever. If we deactivate TLS and SRTP completely from our setup, the call will transfer to the agents just fine.

I have looked around a bit in the settings, but I'm not finding anything regarding TLS and sRTP.

Does anyone knows how to do this?

IPO server is latest version (11.0.4.1) and ACR is version 4.0.8

Xima support can't help you with this? They are pretty good at supporting their own product. I typically tell customers with Xima issues to contact Xima...

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
 
I reached out to the support. I'm waiting for an anwers. So far, sRTP doesn't seems to be possible, but TLS is.
