Avaya Conference Bridge

I have a Avaya IP office running V8 8.0(43)

The customer already has a conference bridge setup that works fine they just want it slightly changing. I have set it up so that the called goes through a menu in VM Pro and then gets transferred to the relevant place when they enter the correct pin number. However the customer wants the caller to be placed on hold until the member of staff hosting the conference has joined into the relevant conference bridge. Is this possible so that the caller just gets music on hold or a message saying the conference has not started yet please wait?

Typical customer situation as they have now changed there mind. Is the following possible and if so how would i set it up:
Caller dials in and is presented to a auto attendant asking for a conference bridge number.
Once the caller has entered the relevant bridge number they are then asked for a pin number
Once the pin number is entered we would need the caller to then be asked to record their name and company name then be transferred through to the conference bridge if a member of staff is already in the conference if not then the call would be placed on hold until a member of staff joins the conference
