I have a Avaya IP office running V8 8.0(43)
The customer already has a conference bridge setup that works fine they just want it slightly changing. I have set it up so that the called goes through a menu in VM Pro and then gets transferred to the relevant place when they enter the correct pin number. However the customer wants the caller to be placed on hold until the member of staff hosting the conference has joined into the relevant conference bridge. Is this possible so that the caller just gets music on hold or a message saying the conference has not started yet please wait?
