Hi,

I am testing how login a agent in a Avaya Communicator and I don't find the way.
With login I mean login the Force Login with the login code.
I can login my user (with extension/password of the user) in the AC, but it doesn't mean is logged as an agent, so I don't know how login as an agent with its Login Code. I tryed *35*logincode#, *35*password# and every different way that I think of.
The different is that if I login just the AC for Chronicall is still logged Out, because the Login Code was not introduced.
What is the way to login an agent in AC?

Where do you want to login? Hunt group, IPOCC? The IPO user is logged in as IPO user with logging in with Avaya Communicator.

Hi,

With digital phones I selected in extensions a blank base extension, so it made the digital extension showed "No User" so you could login with a user with Force login and Login Code.
Now with Avaya Communicator there is no extension, just only the user, and the user has a extension and password (which is used for login into de AC), but also it has in Telephony / Supervisor a force login check and a Login Code. Is this second the one I would like to login. If I don't login for Chronicall the state of the Agent in logged out and always will be that one, because you are not really logged in as an agent, only as a user.

You don't have a specific agent login in IP Office as in CM.
You login as a user, then you enable/disable yourself in a huntgroup.

Chronicall is not that great on status when using softphone, if you would try it on a deskphone it would probably work much better.
