Avaya Communicator on R9.1 keeps loading contacts

Hi all.

I have Avaya communicator for windows 2.0.2.25 installed but when I click on contacts it shows loading contacts continuously and does not load.
How is this resolved?

contact source is ip office. Not using active directory.

IP Office contacts do show in Onex portal if I login with the same user and password for the communicator.

Why won't it load the contacts?

Was resolved by changing the communicator to 2.0.3.30 and updating windows.
