Hello,
I'm trying to use the Avaya Communicator for Web plugin on my computer to test out. I'm able to sign into it no problem but once I try to switch from deskphone to softphone within the plugin itself, Chrome closes down immediately and the plugin closes as well. I've tried using it in Edge and had the same problem. I've double checked to make sure the WebRTC service is running and everything by going to to test it out and the page loads completely fine so I know it's not due to that. Also, all certificates on our server are up to date. Has anyone else had this issue using the plugin? I'm hoping someone else has experienced this and figured out what the issue was. Thanks.

I've also checked to make sure I have the correct license on my extension. I have a power user license assigned and I have softphone checked off as well. I'm able to use the desktop version of Avaya Communicator no problem. It's just the web version that I'm unable to use as a softphone.
