I'm running Avaya Communication Manager 7.1. I have a user with an extension number of X41987. When they make a station to station call they would like their caller is to show X41111. Can I make this change and if so where is it done for station to station calls? I know where to change the caller ID number for outbound calls but not station to station. Thanks

I'm just curious what their reasoning is for the different caller id?

xport 41111 and give brdg-appr or abrdg-appr for this 41111 on voice terminal for 41987
