Im trying to run a report that will shows every call an agent took that day including any dropped calls. I found a report that runs every 30 minutes but if there is more than 1 call in that time frame I just get averages
Yes there is another Report that provides each call attend by each agent, this is a basic Report on the CMS, but in order to get this Report, 1st you have to have added this agents in Agent Group, Go to Directory and Get select Agent Group, créate a name basic name for this grupo, once this name is created, press the Folder option and add the agent Id login, for example: 13554;13558;13560 and press enter to complete this programming Once programed, go to the Historical Report Option and Select under category the Agent option and once selected, go across to select either the: Group Attendance Daily, Weekly or Monthly.
