Avaya CMS scripting with Design Reporter

Hi I've never done CMS scripting and now must become the expert without training.
I need to be able to produce agent report which states the skills of all agents and output to HTML.

Can anyone help me? This is a new job for me and I don't know what to do despite reading the all trusty Avaya Report Designer.
