Avaya CMS RTA refresh rate

Is the default time for the Avaya CMS RTA refresh rate set at 10's?

2ndly is this the same as the RT socket? do avaya professional
services need to change the RTA refresh rate as with the RT socket.

Are they one and the same?

Ok after some more investigation work i have managed to find out that CMS has both a

RT Socket

&

Generic RTA

now i know that avaya professional services can ammend the RT socket refresh rate so wall boards update quicker but im looking for clarification on the Generic RTA

can the refresh rate in this be changed?
If so what between i.e 3s - 15s
do avaya professional services need to do this?

There should be a config file, and you should be able to use a line editor (VI for example) to change the refresh rate once you find it.
