hi all, does anyone know how long it takes CMS to have an event/call record recorded in Historical Data?

If my Call Center gets a call at 2pm, is it available under Historical Reports in 15 minutes, 30 minutes, an hour or next day? thanks in advance.

Default interval is 30 minutes, interval timestamp also dependent on the time the call ends...If it shows up at 2PM but doesn't complete until 2:45, then you wouldn't be able to see it until after 3.

From within CMS Supervisor: Tools -> System Setup -> Storage Intervals

The setting you're looking for is Intrahour Interval - Be mindful that changing from 30 to 15 minute intervals does have storage sizing implications.

Also, if a call runs over an interval, say it starts at 2:28pm and doesn't end until 2:46pm, it won't show in the 2-2:30 report, it will show in the 2:30-3pm report.

It can't provide the metrics for the call until the call is completed.
