Avaya CMS Aux Code Change

Hi Guys,

I have just renamed an aux code on our Avaya CMS R16 system, but it is still showing the old name on the reports (example is the real time top skill status report).

Does this get updated overnight or am I missing a step? (its been a few hours since the change)

I have simply gone into the dictionary --> aux reason codes --> found the reason codes change it and hit modify so it has changed names....

You will need to restart the report.

Thanks BIS, I did try that but it hadn't updated, I also tried logging out of CMS and back in without success.

I've come in today however and the change I made is now showing so maybe there is a process that runs overnight?

In the PBX there is a space to update called: change reason-code-names - Perhaps CMS updated that list or you could try updating it manually next time to see if it shows on your report faster.
