Avaya CMS: Agent Group Permissions

Hello,

I don’t want to give anyone else access to agent group maintenance because then that would result in giving full access to the system.

I would think there is a permission option to just update agent groups.

Can you help me?

Then only give them Read permissions to the Dictionary.

they don't update agent groups with read permissions to the dictionary.
