I have Avaya CMS 12.0 and have 3 new agents that do not appear on the Agent Trace Report. I have not done anything new with these reps, but they will not appear on the report. Any ideas/shortcuts on how to fix this?
 
I would like to add that these reps are showing up in all other reports except the agent trace report.

Use Agent Administration -> Activate Agent Trace to add these agents. You need to do this manually, agent trace is not activated by default.
