Good day all. Have a customer using CM Messaging auto-attendant main number. All user extensions are non-DID 3-digit extensions. The extension in question is x-ported and is unconditionally forwarded to an off-site cell phone number. When a caller from the outside calls the main auto-attendant and then dials the 3-digit extension, you can see on the trace that the call forwards over the trunk-group correctly, but the caller hears dead air. The cell phone number that the 3-digit extension is forwarded to is ringing, but the caller hears dead air. If you dial that same number internally, and the call doesn't go through the AA/CMM, it rings out to the forwarded number with audio and without any other issues. Could this be a trunk to trunk audio hand off issue? Thanks.
