2 questions need answer

1 Attendant one X service pack updates has anyone done what is procedure. Nothing in service pack 8 readme files on how to install, also do you install client and server or just clients we have 2 soft consoles.

2 Can you park more then one call to a station, if not is there a work around

Can more then one call be parked to an Avaya Aura Communication manger phone set. Customer at site can only park one call to there extension have three appearances on phone.

1. You must Updtae at first the One X Server, then the Clients. Please save the config on the Server before you update!!!!!!! Read the release notes!!!!!!
2. Yes you can park more then one call.
- change console Parameters, page 2, COMMON SHARED EXTENSION you need so many free Numbers as you have count entrys. The first Number is the Starting Extension. Is the count entry 4 so youcan park 4 calls.
- then install the call park buttons in the clients

Thank you on the response The call park was for stations not console had just figured that one out last week. The stations we used phantom stations built and added to a set. 4400 - 4403 they use there transfer key then *66 + ext then complete key to park then *67 + station # to retreive

On the one x Attendant the read me file pretty much s- -ks have not found what you are speaking about in the zip file nor was there an ISO file as our TAC told us. Realy have no IDEA what to launch on the client zip file, have not found the vmware patch as of yet

The One X use also the call park feature from the cm.
You must configure Extensions for the Attendant.

--> Log in to the One X Attendant as Prinzipal
--> edit
--> work profile
--> edit
--> choose profiles and press select
--> activate Hotkeys
--> edit
--> key assignment
--> functions scroll down to park
--> choose park an take it drag and drop to the hotkey
--> extension that you configured in the cm

Good luck
