Anyone know of any Class based courses for Avaya basic avaya CM training within the uk?

I did all mine down at avaya in guilford - you can book via avaya-learning.com

Start off with the Avaya Aura implementation ACIS product track then move on to the ACSS - there are a lot of online courses on the learning centre to complete as a prerequisite and there is rather a lot to learn and it's not the sort of thing that you can just do a course and expect to turn up on site the next day and install one.

The pay is better on ACM than IPO though
